What is the boiling time for peanuts?
Raw (as on the picture) peanuts should be washed and put in salted water (2 spoons of salt) so that the water covers peanuts. Peanuts should be soaked in water for 30 minutes. Then boil peanuts for 2 to 2,5 hours.
Storage of boiled peanuts
Boiled peanuts should be stored in water in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
