Jellied Meat Recipe
Put the pork leg in a 5-liter saucepan with water, bring to a boil, cook for 5 hours. Then put meat and chicken, vegetables and spices, plus salt in the pan. Cook for 1 hour more. Drain through colander, throw away vegetables and spices. Separate the meat from the bones (it is important to check that the small bones are not in the final dish), cut into small pieces. Pour a little bit of broth in the sliced meat, rub the garlic and mix thoroughly. Next, take the forms, put the meat in the forms and pour the broth. Let it cool and put in refrigerator to harden. Depending on the richness of the jellied meat, it will harden in 4-8 hours.

1. You can decorate jellied meat before hardening with boiled eggs and boiled carrots.
2. If you want to cook a "soft" jellied meat, you should use minced meat.
3. If you want to cook a "flat" jellied meat, thoroughly mix with meat with broth before hardening.
4. If you want to cook jellied meat in a pressure cooker, the cooking time will be 1-1.5 hours.
