Stuffed peppers should be cooked for about 30 minutes. This time is enough for all the fillings to be cooked – minced meat, grinded vegetables, and grains.

Ingredients for stuffed peppers dish
Small green Bulgarian pepper - 8.
Beef, pork or beef mixed - 400 grams.
Rice - half a cup.
Onion - 1 head.
Carrots - 1 large carrot.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons.
Black pepper, parsley, salt - to taste.
Recipe for making stuffed peppers
Wash and peel peppers, cut in the upper part and clean the seeds. Clean onions, chop it and fry in oil until golden brown, add rubbed carrots to the onions and cook for another 5 minutes. Cook the rice for no more than 7 minutes. Next, add the onion, carrots and rice to the minced meat, add herbs and salt and mix well.
Stuff peppers with minced meat, put them in to the pot upright, pour hot salted water to a level of mid-pepper. Add the tomato paste and cream, simmer for 30 minutes. Brew for 5 minutes, serve with broth.
