Morel Soup Recipe
Ingredients for making morel soup
Morels - 500 grams
rice - 300 grams
butter - 100 grams
chicken eggs - 2 pieces,

Cooking morel soup
Clean morel caps of dirt, rinse them, cover with cold water. Change water and wash the morels 3 times every 15 minutes. Cut soaked morels into slices, dip them in salted boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Cook rice in a separate saucepan. In another saucepan boil eggs, then when the eggs ready cut them into pieces. Add steamed rice and eggs to the morel soup, stir it. Add butter, chopped herbs and salt, leave for 5 minutes and serve with fresh white bread.

Morel Mushrooms - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 30 Bullets
Bay leaf - 6 sheets
Citric acid - a third of a teaspoon

How to marinate Morels
