How long to boil pork?

How to cook pork pilaf

300 grams of long-grain rice
300 grams of boneless pork
2 onion heads
3 carrots
2 heads of garlic
100 mililiters of sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of raisins
Salt, pepper, saffron, red pepper all to taste

Pork pilaf recipe
1. Rinse rice, soak in salted water (one teaspoon of salt).
2. Chop pork into small pieces.
3. Preheat enamel pan, pour oil.
4. Put meat into the enameled pan.
5. Fry for 20 mimutes.
6. Peel and slice onion into rings. Add to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes.
7. Peel and chop carrot into straws. Add to the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring it.
8. Put rice.
9. Add spices and raisins.
10. Cook pilaf for 20-25 minutes, stirring it.
Ideally, use cauldron instead of enamel pan.

A simple soup made of pork and peas

O,5 kg of pork, large jar of canned peas, 0,5 kg of potatoes, three hundred grams of carrots, an onion head, bay leaf, spices and herbs all - to taste.

Chop the onion into slight pieces, chop the pork and potatoes into little cubes of about 1 centimeter, chop the carrot into thin circles. Boil a pot of water, add salt and spices. Put a potato, then in 10 minutes put the carrots and onions. In another 5 minutes put green beans and pork. Cook all for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with greens.
