How to boil pork brains
Soak pork brains in cold water for 2 hours, and then take off the thin layer from the brains. Bring to the boil water in pan, put brains, add salt and boil them for 10 minutes.

How to cook pork brains snacks
1. Boil brains and cut into a la carte pieces.
2. Salt and pepper pieces of boiled pork brains.
3. Break eggs into a bowl and whip them. Add flour and a bit of salt - whip again.

5. Warm up a frying pan, pour oil.

1. Boil and cool pork brains then cut them into fillets.
2. Boil eggs, chop them up.
3. Wash cucumber and cut it into strips.
4. Peel onion and slice it into half rings.
5. Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and spices - and pour it into vegetables, eggs and brains.
